**About the role**:
We a casual position available for a Pharmacy Assistant or Technician to join our interactive team. Located in Deakin, you will work onsite at the Calvary John James Hospital and work casual hours.

This is a great opportunity to further develop your pharmacy career in a hospital environment.

**In this role, you can**:

- Dispense medications under supervision for hospital inpatients and outpatients
- Assist customers with general queries, including liaising with hospital staff
- Replenish stock and assist in maintaining inventory levels both in pharmacy and in the hospital
- Participate in medication delivery rounds to hospital wards
- Process orders
- Assist the pharmacy teams with other ad-hoc pharmaceutical duties

**Who are we looking for?**
- Be committed to providing patient-centred care
- Have experience dispensing medication in an Australian based pharmacy
- Be able to address patient needs with confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism
- Have a high attention to detail
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Preferred _Requirements:

- Dispensing experience in an Australian based hospital or community pharmacy
