This vacancy is maternity leave relief for an initial period of up to (vacancy period) for (hours per week); the hours and period of employment may change according to the maternity leave requirements. There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.

**About the role**

NNSW LHD is seeking a Health Manager to Build health literacy capability in those caring for people with chronic and complex conditions, in the Clarence Valley region. This includes clinicians in acute, community, general practice, mental health and Aboriginal services.

Health literacy enables people, their families and carers to obtain, understand, interpret and have confidence to use health information and services.
