**How will I help?**

Business Lending Operations is part of Group Operations, providing support to internal and external customers. The key objective is to provide a high standard of customer service and to offer a seamless end to end process for our customers banking needs. Business Lending Operations is committed to continuing to build strength and pride in our business.

As a Administration Team Member, you play an integral role in the development of a cohesive team environment and in building strong relationships across other teams in Business Lending Operations and Westpac. You will share best practice, thoughts, ideas and feedback with others and work together to meet all challenges in delivering a great customer experience

**What do I need?**
- Banking and Finance knowledge and experience preferable.
- Experience in a fast paced administration role.
- Understanding customer needs and delivery of superior customer service.
- High level of verbal and numerical comprehension.
- Problem solving skills.
- Highly computer literate and able to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written) and ability to influence.
- Experience with MS office such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to build & maintain key relationships with business partners.
