Home Care Worker

Our Lady of Consolation Aged Care & Services is an independent not for profit company whose primary focus is on delivering residential aged care and home care packages in western Sydney. We also provide a range of other services, including respite for carers, home modification, home maintenance, seniors health and fitness, social housing for older people and community development projects.
We have exciting opportunities for people to join the team as care workers in our Home Care Package services. These programs operate in the Blacktown, Parramatta, Cumberland and The Hills local government areas.
The successful applicants will be people who genuinely like elderly people, who are flexible and adaptive, and want a degree of autonomy and responsibility in a job. If that describes you, we will actively support you, and we can guarantee that you will find the role both challenging and fulfilling.
Successful applicants will need to have a current driver’s license and be able to use their own fully insured car, for which a mileage allowance is paid. You will need to have been vaccinated agains COVID-19 and you will also need to be flexible and able to work across a variety of days and hours including weekends and evenings.
COVID-19 Vaccination is a requirement of this role.
