We are looking for a mature minded, cleaning professional who can work efficiently and who has an excellent eye for detail. Cleaning experience highly regarded, though not essential.

Casual position initially, consistent weekly work with a view to becoming PPT as per award conditions.

**Current award rates are**:
Monday to Friday - shift starting before 6am or finishing after 6pm (finish midnight or prior) - $31.86/hr

Monday - Friday - finishes after midnight and at or before 8am - $35.28 - the whole shift is paid at this rate, not just your time after midnight. Example if you start at 830pm and work until midnight, your rate is $31.86/hr. If your shift starts at 830pm and finishes any time after midnight and before 800am, you get $35.28

If you work a Friday or Saturday which passes midnight, you get Saturday or Sunday rates for however long you worked past midnight as well as the higher $35.28 because you are finishing after midnight. Eg. Friday. 830pm - 100am. 3.5hrs at $35.28 plus 1 hr Saturday rates.

Plus 10.5% super

**Due to the nature of some of our clients and the work we do, to be eligible you must**:

- Hold current Australian Citizenship,
- Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable (this is at no cost to you, though you will require current documentation such as DL, birth certificate etc)
- Have a clean criminal history, and have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5-year footprint)
- Have had at least two (2) covid vaccinations
- Be reasonably physically fit with no existing physical injuries. Cleaning is a tough gig. We don’t want you to injure yourself further
- Be well presented. Our clients are generally corporate businesses, so being able to present yourself in a professional way is essential

**Where will you work **

You will be working across multiple areas including, but not limited to Birtinya, Maroochydore, Alexandra Headland and Sippy Downs.

**What does this look like for you?**

You will work a minimum of 3 shifts a week including most Friday evenings and every second Saturday or Sunday once you are fully trained.

**See below for shift details**
- Mondays to Thursdays - 600pm - 1015pm/1030pm OR 730pm - MIDNIGHT
- Fridays - 830pm - 1230am
- Saturdays - 430pm - 645pm OR 615pm - 915pm
- Sundays - 430pm - 645pm OR 615pm - 915pm
