This position is part of the Intake team which manages the intake of referrals to Outpatient Rehabilitation, determining eligibility and prioritisation against guidelines.

The position is open to Allied Health or Nursing staff.

You will have solid clinical experience and a good understanding of multi disciplinary rehabilitation approaches.
