Dental Assistant

King Street Dental is a new facility providing a modern and friendly team environment for our staff and customers. It is located in Warrawong along side King Street Medical and King Street Coffee and soon King Street Pharmacy.

King Street Dental is growing rapidly and requires enthusiastic, motivated and responsible staff to join the team. There are multiple positions available ranging from full time, part time and casual.

Responsibilities will include:

- Greet patients and prepared them for dental procedures
- Provide assistance to the dental operator, including suction
- Clean and sterilise instruments
- Clean operating rooms in accordance to guidelines
- Schedule appointments and maintain records
- Reception and customer service duties including answering telephone and general administrative duties
- Operate equipment
- Discuss pre and post operative instructions with patients
- Any other duties that fall within the scope of a dental assistant at King Street Dental

Qualifications and Experience:
High School Certificate or equivalent

Certificate III or Certificate IV in Dental Assistance or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual and reliable
- English proficiency
- Right to work in Australia
- Computer literate
- Excellent time management and organisational skills

Required Experience:

- At least 6 months as a dental assistant

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $41,408.10 - $75,632.31 per year

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Warrawong, NSW 2502: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental assistance: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
