Busy Bees at Pimpama is a newly purpose-built 108 place centre providing quality early learning for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. This position is full-time and working with children between the ages of 2 to 4 years old. This is an exciting opportunity with a global company. Benefits include:

Essential Qualifications:
1. Relevant Education: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent as recognized by ACECQA).

3. First Aid Certificate: Including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Essential Skills and Attributes:
1. Proficient Understanding of EYLF and NQS: In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality practices and outcomes for children.

2. Leadership Skills: Capability to guide, mentor, and provide direction to other educators in the room or setting.

3. Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with children, families, colleagues, and management.

4. Programming and Planning: Experience in designing, implementing, and assessing educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.

5. Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a collaborative environment.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
1. Experience: Previous experience in a Lead Educator, Room Leader or similar role in an early childhood setting.

2. Knowledge of Inclusive Practices: Ability to create an environment where all children, including those with additional needs, can thrive and learn.

3. Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.

4. Collaboration: Ability to work in partnership with other educators, support staff, and external professionals to enhance children's learning and wellbeing.

5. Technology Skills: Proficiency in using relevant software for children's documentation, communication with families, and educational planning.

1. Passion: Genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children.

2. Adaptability: Flexible and responsive to the varying needs of children, families, and the service environment.
