Outlet Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Outlet Manager** to lead our trade-focused outlet store at Head Office in **Gilberton, QLD**.

This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on retail environment and enjoys working closely with trade professionals. You'll be responsible for managing both store and warehouse operations, driving sales of clearance items and tiling tools, and leading a small team to deliver excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations and maintain a professional, well-presented outlet
- Promote clearance stock and tiling accessories to trade clients
- Build strong relationships with builders, tilers, and other trade professionals
- Manage inventory, stock movement, and warehouse coordination
- Lead and support staff, including training and performance reviews
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Minimum 4 years of retail experience**, ideally in a trade or outlet setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of inventory and warehouse operations
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Must have Forklift License

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
