Seafood Processing Technician/supervisor

We are searching for an enthusiastic individual to join our team full-time at our Abalone Farm in Indented Head.

**The Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operating Brine and Blast freezer.
- Processing and sorting Frozen Abalone product
- Maintaining stock levels and storage of completed product.
- Pack, dispatch, and delivery of product orders.
- Data entry (MS Excel skills).
- Support Approved Arrangement documentation.
- Participate in freezing process/documentation and labelling.
- Office and administration duties as required.
- Assist with Live Abalone orders, packing, dispatch and deliveries.

- Reliable individual with a “can-do” attitude- Team player who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively- Strong leadership skills and takes initiative- Current forklift license and light rigid truck license
- Strong attention to detail
