**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
- Assist with food preparation and assembly according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders, processing payments, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including the service area, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the café.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Barista required.
- Must be experienced in Food Prep.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
