Permanent Nanny

**Our Family**:

- We are a young, professional family with three children who are 6, 4, 2 years old. Our children are our world and we are looking for the right Nanny to bring into our family and help us to care for our children. We are a busy family who like to have fun but also like to spend time together at home. We place primacy on the emotional, mental and physical development of our children and also prioritise the safety of our children. We are seeking an experienced, caring, motivated and compassionate Nanny for our family.

**Your Duties**:
**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- We are looking to build an ongoing relationship with the right Nanny who is experienced (minimum 2-3 years), organised and seeking a permanent role with a supportive family. The right Nanny will have initiative, an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. They will be able to adhere to a schedule but also flexible to change to the adapting needs of a young family. They will be able to manage toddlers as well as support the needs of a school-aged child. The right Nanny will be genuinely motivated to work with our family and young children, delighting in the children and able to plan activities that are child-focused. The right Nanny will be looking for a permanent role and seeking a long term relationship.
