**The location**

Bribie Cove is a 90 Bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Bongaree on Bribie Island.

Assisting the Residential Manager, you will provide leadership for all clinical staff in addition to managing all clinical aspects of the facility including ACFI and clinical governance in addition to continuing hands-on nursing across the facility.

As Clinical Manager, you will work as a senior nursing clinician to provide a variety of generalist nursing duties, including medication management, assessment, coordination and case management and supervision of staff to ensure exceptional care for residents.

**To be successful, you'll have**:

- Previous experience as a Clinical Manager in aged care (will be highly regarded)
- Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (essential)
- Demonstrated leadership of employees, clinical governance, and ACFI
- Demonstrate well developed oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards.
