**About the Traineeship**
Join our purpose-built **Schofields** service, catering for 120 children across six beautiful learning rooms. As a **Trainee Educator**, you’ll learn on the job while studying towards your **Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care**. You’ll be supported by experienced mentors and educators who will guide you through every step of your professional journey.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team
- Assist with daily routines, care needs, and activities in your room
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and inspiring learning environment
- Participate in planning and implementing creative learning experiences
- Follow all health, safety, and compliance procedures

**What We’re Looking For**
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them grow
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to completing a Certificate III traineeship
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
