We are seeking committed **Support Workers** to join our growing team across Sydney. If you are passionate about caring for others and want to work with an organisation that values diversity, community, and dignity then we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do
- Provide personal care, assistance with daily living, and household tasks
- Offer companionship and social engagement
- Support clients to access community, cultural, and recreational activities
- Encourage independence and dignity for aged care and NDIS clients
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with care teams

What we’re looking for
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in aged care and/or disability services
- Multilingual skills are highly regarded (Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Khmer, Korean, Hindi, Dari, Farsi and others)
- Warm, empathetic, and professional approach to client care
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
