As our new Wellbeing Lead, you will lead the holistic pastoral care and behaviour management programs for each designated year level. Along with a teaching load, your role focuses on the social, emotional, and academic well-being of students, ensuring that they are supported in a safe and nurturing environment. By promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and responsibility, the Wellbeing Lead contributes to the overall positive learning environment of the College, fostering both individual student growth and a sense of community across the school. The Wellbeing Lead is expected to fully support, and convey to the students, the ethos of the College. **Who You Are** - You're a natural leader with a heart for education and a knack for organisation - You hold a Bachelor of Education, or equivalent teaching qualification - Have applicable teaching and pastoral experience - Restorative Practises experience is an advantage - TASS experience, an advantage - You are confident, flexible, resourceful, discreet and hold wise judgement **Why Join Us?** Grace Lutheran College isn’t just a school; it's a community.
