This is an opportunity that will allow you to enter the fast-growing part of the Digital finance industry.

Looking for Principal Engineers who enjoy or would like to be involved in Engineering Management in the future, and it would all depend on how quickly you could adapt and grow in this position. Leadership career paths, mentorship and training will be available.

We are scaling our engineering division looking for Principal Engineers who are open to becoming engineering managers one day. A professional who wants to have an impact and implement new technologies and new principles to break away from how the industry is working. Please find a couple of bullet points below to give you a clearer picture of the opportunity.

Nice to have:

- Regularly tackle the largest and most complex problems on the team from technical design to launch.
- Determine plans of attack on large projects
- Partner across engineering teams to take on company-wide initiatives spanning multiple projects.
- The technology stack here is Java, Spring, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes
You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills. At the heart of our culture, we actively encourage people to try new things.
- An expert in at least one technical domain
- Enjoys mentoring and getting the best out of people around them.
