Kirrawee, Australia First Steps Learning Academy Full time

First Steps Learning Academy Kirrawee is looking for a part time Kitchen Hand to work in our busy childcare centre catering for children 0-5 years. In this role you will work 8:30 - 1:30pm Monday to Friday.

The successful applicant will be required to:

- Prepare meals for children in a safe, hygienic and timely manner
- Follow strict guidelines of food preparation outlined by Kids Gourmet Food Australia (supplier of children's food)
- Strictly monitor the service of food to ensure that allergies/medical conditions are catered for
- Prepare the weekly grocery order for the Centre

If you have the following we look forward to hearing from you;
- Food Safety Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
- A belief in high quality work ethics
- Excellent time management and verbal communication skills
- Preferred experience in working in a child care setting will be highly regarded, however not necessary

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
