About the opportunity:
We are looking for an experience Lead Kitchen Hand to oversee a team of Kitchen Hands, provide continuous support and training, perform equipment ordering duties and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Previous experience as a Lead Kitchen Hand or extensive experience as a Kitchen Hand
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience liaising with a range of stakeholders including senior level management
- Must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety
- Excellent communication
