My client is a cutting-edge renewable energy company who is specialising in green hydrogen and is comprised of a growing team of Scientists, Engineers and Energy Experts. Due to the continued demand for clean and renewable energy this company who also manufacturers this technology is looking for individuals who would like to join the renewable energy industry and help assemble cutting edge technology

**No assembly or production experience is required**

**_This organisation is interested in those who like working their hands, using power tools and building things. Training will be provided_**

Reporting through to the Team Leader (Manufacturing System and Engineering) you will be responsible for working on fuel cell engines, genset and powerhouse assembly and assisting the project teams on building pre-production units/products.

In this role, you will:

- Perform mechanical, electronic control or electro-mechanical assembly
- Perform assembly, quality control and ensure products are completed according to qualify requirement and specifications.
- Maintain, order and stock materials/supplies to avoid materials shortages.
- Take initiative to participate and seek innovative ways to perform jobs or make recommendations which enable to make the job better and more efficient.

To perform this role, you will be expected to be hands-on for all assembly works that required the ability to complete physical work like standing, lifting, twisting, bending, squatting, etc.

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Enjoy working with your hands, using hand/power tools
- A certificate qualification or trade background will be a plus but is not essential.
- Good manual dexterity and able to perform assembly work using fixture, hand and power tool.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and work well as part of a team.
- Capable of ensuring an orderly, clean and safe working environment
- Have a desire to work in the renewable energy industry and make a real difference to the fight against carbon emissions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
