- Maintain expert knowledge in hospitality and specialty coffee.
- Ensure high coffee quality, service, and presentation.
- Introduce innovative coffee ideas aligned with the brand.
- Warmly greeting and serving customers.
- Taking and preparing customer orders, including a variety of beverages and light snacks.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the showroom.
- Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed.
- Assisting in creating a welcoming environment.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years' barista experience in specialty coffee.
- Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality setting.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

**Additional Information**
- Permanent full-time position.
- Monday - Sunday (rotating roster)
- Drivers, there is 2-hour parking available on Danks St, or you can find free parking on Walker St in Redfern.
