**About the Role**
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement, meeting agreements to maximize profit
- Assist with challenging client requests or escalation of issues as needed
- Maintenance of account tracking and reporting
- Liaising with the project delivery teams to ensure all works are on track

**Additional Responsibilities**:
Conduct Level 1 Energy Audits (Opportunity Assessment):

- Visit various industrial sites to assess and analyse energy consumption patterns.
- Utilise technical expertise to evaluate the efficiency of existing energy systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Develop high level recommendations for improving energy efficiency, and decreasing scope 1 & 2 emissions considering current technologies and industry best practices.
- Review with internal technical team to quantify approximate savings and project costs.
- Construct conceptual roadmap for site decarbonisation.
- Propose Level 2 Energy Audit (IGR) and work with customer to progress engagement to the next phase

**Support Level 2 Energy Audits (Investment Grade Review)**:

- Collaborate with IGR team to handover all learnings/knowledge from OA
- Maintain touchpoints with IGR team
- Review with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions align with operational requirements.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed energy efficiency measures.
- Develop project proposal to fit customer commercial
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients, both in written reports and through presentations.
- Address client inquiries and provide technical support as needed.

**Technology Integration**:

- Research and stay updated on emerging technologies and equipment that could enhance energy efficiency.
- Propose and integrate innovative solutions to optimise energy consumption.

**Government Regulation, Funding and Incentives**:

- Stay informed about energy-related regulations and standards.
- Keep track of available grant schemes and incentives.
- Ensure customers are informed of opportunities to access funding.

**Your Qualifications & Experience**
- 6 years minimum experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in conducting Energy Audits, preferably in mining, manufacturing or heavy industry.

Strong knowledge of energy systems, generators, ventilation, boilers, heat pumps, cooling systems, compressed air, and industrial processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Must be willing to travel to sites for days at a time.
- Familiarity with energy modelling software and simulation tools is advantageous.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) are desirable.
