We are currently seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as casual Labourers. As a casual Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our fit out team with various tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Help set up and dismantle work areas as required
- Support the installation and assembly of fixtures and fittings
- Move and lift heavy objects and equipment as directed
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow safety guidelines and instructions at all times
- Being able to travel to both metropolitan and regional stores (travel allowance when applicable)

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a labourer or in a similar role
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle

Our projects include new store and refurbishment works, and our Labourers work under the supervision of our installers and site supervisors to assemble display units, racking shelving, and to assist with signage installation and fixture builds.

**About the role**:
We have a number of exciting new projects across Regional Queensland and Metropolitan Brisbane.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assembling shelves, units and displays
- De-stocking and de-racking
- De-installing and re-stocking shelves
- Manual handling and heavy lifting of merchandise
- Assisting Installers
- Maintaining a clean, safe work environment

You will need to be fit, enthusiastic, able to take direction and show initiative.

This is a casual role with opportunity to work 20-30+ hours per week on long term projects.

**Hours of Work**:

- Must be available Monday
- Friday with occasional weekend availability
- Must be willing to travel to different locations for work across regional and metropolitan Queensland. (Travel allowances will be provided where applicable)
- Must be available for both day and night works.

Day Rate - $29.23 Night Rate - $36.24 plus additional Weekend and Public Holiday Rates Apply

Essential Criteria:

- Must have a White Card
- Current Drivers licence and reliable means of transportation
- Full Working Rights in Australia
