The role will appeal to existing Bank Lenders & Mortgage Specialists, who have expereince in Construction finance and believe they should be rightfully rewarded for their efforts. **ABOUT YOU**

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

- Certificate IV or Diploma of Financial Services & Mortgage Broking
- A high level of professionalism at all times
- Excellent presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a high pressure and volume environment
- Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly (Microsoft Office and Google Platform)
- Highly organised and motivated
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Home Loan Lender or mortgage broker is ideal and well versed in construction finance.
