**Hillarys** is seeking educators who are ready to take the next step in their career to a Lead Educator role.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards a Diploma
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Experience in leading a room highly regarded
