**Waitperson - Epicurean**

**Your mission: To create memorable experiences for customers by providing a high level of personalised service**

At Crown Perth memorable experiences are created when we work together. In this role you will deliver exceptional customer service to guests through providing outstanding menu knowledge and a quality food and beverage service. You will effectively communicate and build rapport with customers and team members to ensure service standards are maintained.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous Experience Working in a Premium Dining Restaurant
- Ability to 3 Plate Carry and Tray Service of Drinks
- Good availability including Nights, Weekends and Public holidays
- Knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages including Beer, Wine and Spirits
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Eager to Learn
- Good Time Management and Reliable
