**THE POSITION**
- Work closely with the general services and project manager to support the day to day mobilisation on the Frankston Hospital Refurbishment.
- Manage daily schedules, provide support in meetings and triage queries and correspondence.
- Undertake core operational administrative data entry and reporting functions as required.
- Manage the administrative aspects of mobilisation.
- Maintain accurate records of mobilisation activities and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
- Data entry and word processing.
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Archiving and document management.

**THE PERSON**:

- Previous experience in similar role.
- High level organisation and administration.
- Ability to manage and set multiple schedules.
- Proficient in full Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, excel and word.
- Previous exposure to similar role in facilities management or construction.
- Ability to read and follow contracts.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
