**The Position**

To assist with our expansion into manufacturing and mass production we are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to work with assembly of sensitive electronic products and satellites.

To be successful in this role you need prior experience with assembly of products ready for deployment such as sensors, communication technology or similar. Experience with assembly of electronic components, mechanical structures and testing and verification is key to success in this role.

As an Electrical assembly technician, you will report to the manufacturing manager and follow internal procedures to ensure we deliver hardware to customers according to delivery and production schedule.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Assembly of electronic, communication and mechanical components
- Soldering of components
- Use various hand-tools and machinery to assemble and modify products in accordance with drawings and requests from manager
- Test functionality and complete quality assurance of assembled product
- Test and tag of products ready for deployment
- Adhere to a safe working methods and maintain a safe working environment
