**Your New Company**:

You’ll be joining a brand-new dynamic customer service team with long-term opportunities to grow within the role and the bank.

**Your New Role**:
Your new role will be a predominantly phone-based position, leveraging off your fantastic customer service skills to make outbound calls to customers regarding their account information. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Keep up to date with all relevant regulatory and policy changes to ensure fantastic customer experience
- Auditing customer documents and providing advice to meet customer needs and provide support for service issues
- Ensure all activity and associated administration is consistent with bank regulations (including AML etc).

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Previous banking, KYC or risk, contact centre experience is highly desirable for this role
- Contact centre (especially in a regulated industry) or those with outbound call experience
- Open to all other customer service experience, we encourage everyone with fantastic communication and a passion to get into banking to apply
- The ability to work in a full-time role, 38 hours a week Monday - Friday. Hours will either be 0800-1700 or some roles may be a rotating roster between 0800-2000
- Comfortable in an outbound contact centre environment that is heavily regulated with the importance of customer verifications
