
Traineeship - Administration

Fulltime entry level reception / junior administration role at our head office located in Thomastown.
This is a 12-month traineeship, with full-time employment upon completion.
You will gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business Administration while learning valuable administration skills on the job.
Job role will include the following:
- Introductory administration tasks
- Front office / reception duties
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Incoming mail
- Other junior office tasks as required from time to time, including filing
Ideally you will possess the following attributes:
- Enthusiastic, vibrant personality
- Show initiative and be proactive
- Neat personal presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Microsoft office, including outlook, word and excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Good phone manner and organisational skills
No office experience is necessary. Customer service skills would be ideal although not necessary.
Training will be provided. Award wages apply.
