**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a part-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. If you are reliable, passionate about pharmacy, and eager to build a long-term career, we would love to hear from you As a valued team member, you will have the chance to engage with our local community and provide personalised solutions that enhance our customers' experience.

We are looking for someone who is available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, to meet our customers' needs and ensure a positive shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers with their health needs, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Prescription Handling**: Accurately facilitate the intake of prescriptions.
- **Health Support**: Provide information and guidance on selecting and using our range of health products.
- **Health Services Support**: Assist with health services such as blood pressure monitoring and diabetes management.
- **Inventory Control**: Assist with stock management, including stock ordering, replenishment, and stock-taking.
- **Point of Sale**: Manage transactions, handle customer purchases, and promote the Sister Club loyalty program.
- **Merchandising**: Maintain attractive product displays and support promotional activities.
- **Shop Appearance**: Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-stocked for our customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with your team, participating in training and contributing to a positive, collaborative atmosphere.

- Have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Have a genuine passion for health, pharmacy, and customer service
- Demonstrate reliability and attention to detail in all tasks

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous retail or pharmacy experience is an advantage
- An S2/S3 certificate is highly regarded for this position
- Experience in customer service or healthcare is beneficial
