**The opportunity**:
Anglican Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Residential Aged Care Homes. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a passionate individual committed to enhancing the lives of residents and fostering a positive, supportive environment for staff.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with all governance requirements. This is an exciting position that allows you to truly make a difference within the aged care sector while leading a dedicated and professional team.
This is a roving position and will provide support across various sites when required.
**About the Role**:
In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall management of our Residential Aged Care Homes, which span across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and Mid North Coast. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by:
Leading and managing a diverse, dedicated team to ensure the delivery of exceptional, resident-centered care.
Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and high standards of care delivery across multiple sites.
Ensuring all operational, financial, and governance requirements are met, including budgeting, staffing, and compliance.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of quality assurance to enhance the overall experience for residents and staff.
Promoting a positive, supportive work environment for staff, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring professional development opportunities are available.

**Essentials**:
Registered Nurse with current Registration under the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency (AHPRA).and at least 5 years Post Graduate experience.
Effective negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders, ensuring successful relationships are developed and maintained.
Strong leadership skills.
Demonstrated comprehensive high-level knowledge of the Health and Aged Care Sectors including funding and policy protocols, accreditation, and industrial legislation.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
Current Class c drivers’ licence
National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
