Stevie cafe is the sister cafe of Street Talk Espresso in Armadale and Sons of Mischief in Highett. Stevie is looking to add an experienced Full-time/ Part-time Barista to the team. **Essential Skills**:

- Minimum 1-year Barista experience working in a Melbourne cafe
- A current RSA certificate as the venue is licenced
- Ability to multitask
- Punctual
- Personable
- Fluent in English
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build natural rapport.
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available on Saturday and Sunday on a Rotating Roster
**- **Having worked and or been around Specialty Coffee

**Job Type and Category**

This Position will be based on a Permanent/Full time 12 Month Contract (with the ability to extend) with Industry Award Rates including Penalty Rates for weekends and any allowances governed by the Award.

Stevie is a very busy bayside cafe. We are experienced cafe operators having Street Talk Espresso operational for 15 years and Sons of Miscief for 4 years. We take what we do seriously from all aspects of the business and hope to find individuals who are passionate and industry leaders.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Barista: 1 year (required)
