DIGITAL PRODUCER | SHERIDAN | PYRMONT
This newly created role will see you coordinate small to medium digital projects, managing the project lifecycle - from discovery/brief, inception, user stories and scoping through to creative concepts, design, testing & post-release optimisation.

**Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to**:

- Manage the implementation of content onsite through the use of Magento CMS widgets
- Manage ongoing conversion rate optimisation activity to ensure improvements are constantly being validated and implemented to improve user experience.
- Manage digital production activity including enhancements to existing assets, websites and digital campaign activations
- Analysis of online behaviours/user experience and implementation of changes
- Champion the delivery of category defining digital experiences and best practice user experience
- Ensuring integrity and timely execution of all campaign activity
- Strong collaboration with product, merchandising and IT to successfully implement the promotional and campaign plan with the most optimal user journey.

What experience do I have?
- Current and relevant experience: 2-3 years+ in a similar role
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and CMS (Content Management Systems) is essential. Magento experience is desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering complex digital projects on time and to budget
- Retail/fashion apparel sector experience highly advantageous
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Use of Google Analytics to derive insights and content decision
- Proactive and confident in building and maintaining cross-functional relationships - you will be working closely with multiple functions including Marketing, Digital, Product, creatives, developers, and user experience specialists.
- A high level of attention to detail, accuracy and an ability to get into the detail where necessary
