Medical Receptionist

**About the company**
- Working with a leading healthcare provider in Australia located in Melbourne’s South East.-
**Responsibilities**

- Providing an exception customer experience
- Responsible for processing invoices, Medibank claims etc
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Responsible for booking news appointments
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Visitor and contractor check ins
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required

**Requirements/Skills**
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal. Must be able to work collaboratively with clinicians, parents and children
- Previous receptionist experience, ideally medical
- Must be able to work 5 days in the clinic
- Maintain a high attention to detail
- Experience working in a busy reception/ administration role
- The ability to prioritise and multitask
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing and competing demands
