We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our Mattress Rentals team as a Driver. This position will be crucial in fulfilling and maintaining equipment rental contracts while fostering strong relationships with hospital staff. If you're passionate about customer service, have a knack for building relationships, and are ready for a physically engaging role, we want to hear from you

**You will be responsible for**:

- Communicating and building relationships with hospital staff at all levels in order to stimulate a cooperative environment with regard to implementing new processes and procedures
- Fulfilling new equipment rental contracts by delivering and setting up rental equipment within a set time frame (this is a physical aspect to the job and some lifting is required)
- Dealing with enquiries at point of delivery
- Investigations into misplaced equipment and incomplete contracts within the hospitals
- Training hospital staff at all levels on use of the online ordering system and the physical handling of the equipment
- Preparation of equipment to be delivered
- Regular communication with Mattress Rental Team including Accounts Officers
- Undertake ongoing personal development and technical training as required
- Tech Savvy
- Friendly Positive and helpful nature

**Experience & Other Requirements**:

- A Valid C Class Driver's Licence
