We are seeking a Paint Maker/ Chemical Batching Operator.

This is a great opportunity to work for a well-established New Zealand manufacturing company specializing in premium road marking materials and pigment dispersions for the composites industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- On a daily basis, you have to deal with chemical-based products, creating paint, pigments, and other products for commercial use.
- This position involves a combination of manual handling, as well as machine operating across production and warehouse operations.
- Follow standard operating procedures while maintaining safe working practices.

**Key skills, experiences and qualifications**:

- Strong work ethic and "can do" attitude - no two days are the same.
- Good maths / numerical skills.
- High attention to details.
- Demonstrated ability in managing timelines and delivering outcomes.
- Good level of communication skills, written and verbal to work collaboratively with other team members.
- Preferred Forklift ticket.
- Experience in manual handling up to 25Kg.
