**Position**:Driving Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Driving Instructor to join our esteemed team. As a Driving Instructor at Spotto Driving School, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through their driving journey, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality driving instruction to learners of various ages and skill levels.
- Conduct both manual and automatic driving lessons.
- Create personalized lesson plans to address each student’s individual needs and goals.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and encouraging learning environment.
- Accurately record student progress and lesson details.
- Stay informed about current road safety regulations and driving techniques.
- Be available to work some Saturdays.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Valid Queensland driver's license.
- Accredited driving instructor certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, reliability, and a positive demeanor.
- Strong commitment to promoting safe driving practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
- Proficiency in teaching both manual and automatic driving lessons.
- Willingness to be featured on our social media channels as part of our community engagement and marketing efforts.
- Availability to work some Saturdays.
