Head Barista

The Museum Cafe, located inside the beautiful National Museum of Australia, is looking for a Head Barista.

The position is Monday to Friday, no nights and no weekends

We are looking for a barista to take the reins, work with staff and customers on a day-to-day basis and maintain our high levels of cleanliness, quality and friendly customer service.

This role will be responsible for:

- Barista duties
- Other café duties as needed
- High levels of customer satisfaction
- Ordering and stocking coffee and related products
- Maintaining high level cleanliness
- Working with the kitchen to provide customer feedback

We’d love it if you were:

- Friendly - a happy personality is a plus
- Reliable and has great communication skills
- Experienced in a similar role with hospitality experience
- Able to keep cool in fast paced environment

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus
