Where the team fits in

What The Role Is All About- Work closely with Payroll team to manage monthly payroll process, ensuring correctness, eligibility, and timeliness of payments in terms of Awards, Employment Contracts, organisational policies, and other relevant legislation-
- Liaise with employees at all levels and answer queries in a clear and accurate manner- Review and oversee current payroll practices, determining what efficiencies can be made, if any- Assisting with reporting where required

Who We’re Looking ForStrong background and working knowledge in Payroll and relevant legislation- Payroll compliance knowledge, including sound employment tax and industrial relation knowledge- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills- General problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively- Experience with Workday & Ramco is advantageous but not essential- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with business and technical resources
