**Position Overview**The Appointment Setter (Part-Time) will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.The role requires proven cold calling experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Research potential clients and generate leads
- Qualify prospects based on their needs
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer information
- Follow up on warm leads and inbound enquiries promptly.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls made and appointments set.
- Provide feedback to management on lead quality, market trends, and customer needs.
**Skills & Attributes**
- Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in Facility Management Services (commercial cleaning, grounds maintenance, Security and Maintenance.)
- Excellent communication skills and strong work ethics
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism over the phone.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection positively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet targets.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation role.
- Prior experience in the cleaning industry or facilities management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
