We are seeking a Room Rental Manager to join our established yet progressive business in a niche part of the property and real estate industry (this is not working for an agency)

The successful applicant will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of a suite of properties based between Sunbury and Melton.

**ABOUT THIS ROLE**:

- Permanent part-time (12-15 hours with a view for more hours in the coming months so flexibility will be advantageous)
- This role is working on location, location area will expand over time)
- Ongoing training and support
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and thrive on using your initiative
- In addition to the rate of pay, a car allowance will be provided, along with all other entitlements

**ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS**
- To be considered for this unique opportunity, it is essential you have the following:

- Own a reliable car and carry a full Victorian driver’s license.
- Standard procedures require us to conduct a Police Check
- Ability to work independently, while being part of a dedicated, supportive and experienced team.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Great at prioritising, time management skills, flexibility and reliability
- Experience working without supervisions
- **Please note that the location of the properties is between Sunbury & Melton (not our business address located in Warragul)_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract
Part-time hours: 12-15 per week

**Salary**: $15,600.00 - $19,500.00 per year
