**Location**: The Station Grocer, Lennox Head
**Employment Type**: Casual (2 days a week, including Monday)
**Hours**: range between 8am and 4pm

Join our dedicated team at our flower warehouse, part of a network of 9 fuel stations and retail stores across Northern NSW We specialise in mass-production of floral arrangements for all our locations.

**About the Role**:
As a Flower Production Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our flower bunches meet quality and design standards for distribution across all our locations. This position demands a physically active and fast-paced work ethic, as you'll be handling high volumes of fresh flowers, lifting and moving buckets, and navigating between production and storage areas in the warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce flower bunches according to pre-designed arrangements and quantities.
- Work autonomously, following instructions to maintain high standards.
- Check current stock levels and ensure display standards are met at each store.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery.
- Flexibility to handle varying workloads and adjust to changing tasks.
- Willingness to work more than two days during busy periods, such as weeks leading up to Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, to meet increased demand.
