**About the Role**:
As a **Product Owner**, you will be the bridge between our customers, stakeholders, and Agile teams, ensuring we build the right solutions that deliver real impact. You’ll take ownership of product roadmaps, backlog management, and business engagement while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Customer & Stakeholder Engagement** - Understand customer needs, identify problems, and shape innovative solutions.
- ** Product Roadmap & Strategy** - Establish and maintain product vision, refine backlogs, and guide development efforts.
- ** Agile & SAFe Leadership** - Work closely with Scrum Teams, architects, and business leaders to prioritize work and optimize delivery.
- ** Decision-Making & Trade-offs** - Use data-driven insights to negotiate and influence business decisions.
- ** Continuous Improvement** - Champion best practices, enhance ways of working, and drive product excellence.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** 3+ years of experience** in a Product Owner role or similar.
- Strong knowledge of **Agile, SAFe, and Digital Service Standards**.
- Relevant **certification in Product Management or Agile/SAFe methodologies**.
- Excellent **communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility and user experience.
