**About the Role**

We're looking for friendly, attentive **Wait Staff** to help deliver joyful guest experiences at our new Filipino-inspired restaurant, bakery, and bar in City Walk.

This role is about more than serving food—it's about building genuine connection. From welcoming guests with warmth, to being alert to every detail of service, you’ll be part of a team that treats hospitality like heartwork.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in wait service, food running, or hospitality support roles
- Positive energy and a commitment to creating memorable moments
- RSA certification required
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Curiosity about Filipino flavours or pride in sharing your own heritage
- Full working rights in Australia

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet, seat, and guide guests with warmth and efficiency
- Take orders clearly and confidently, including dietary needs and pairing suggestions
- Share stories behind dishes and ingredients to deepen guest engagement
- **Be vigilant**—notice when someone needs help, a refill, or just a friendly check-in
- **Build connection**—bring conversation, care, and celebration to the table
- Serve food and drinks with attention to presentation and pace
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness in all FOH areas
- Assist with large tables, takeaway orders, and special events as needed
