**Job description**

**Medical receptionist required**
- **Together Medical Family Practice**_ is seeking an energetic and responsible part-time medical receptionist with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join its friendly and engaging team.

We are a busy medical practice with 4 GP's within the rapidly growing suburb of Knoxfield. You will be required to work approximately 2-3 days (however flexibility in working hours would be advantageous).

**Duties**:

- Must have Medical reception experience
- Experience in clinic software - we use _Pracsoft and Medical Director_
- Excellent computer skills including use of MS Office
- Ability to liaise with IT to problem solve
- Process billing and patient accounts (Medicare, TAC, WorkCover and Private Billing)
- Provide a range of administration and support services to the GP including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and taking enquiries.
- Experience in working towards and maintaining Accreditation Standards useful (not mandatory).

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Knoxfield, VIC 3180: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
