**The Role**:
Reporting to the Clayton Warehouse Operations lead, warehouse specialist will be responsible for receipting production materials, storing them as per compliance requirements, and moving the material to support the manufacturing teams in the Melbourne, Australia.

He/she will also be responsible for preparing drug substance delivery towards fill and finish CMO.

**Here’s What You’ll Do**:
Completes picking and verifications within the warehouse to support all manufacturing groups.

Inventories the returned materials from manufacturing to be returned into the SAP system.

Coordinates deliveries to internal customers with mínimal support

Completes SAP transactions.

Completes daily cycle counts.

Completes wipe down activities of materials moving into the manufacturing suites.

Segregates expired material.

Handling of material ensuring compliance throughout warehouse operations.

Labeling material according to internal procedures.

Practice safe work habits and adhere to Moderna’s safety procedures and guidelines.

Transport materials supplies and/or products. Transfers materials to and from storage areas and ensure accurate quantities and completing records. Use of a powered industrial truck (PIT) required.

**Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table**:
At least 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Shipping; BS/BA Degree preferred.

Experience in a highly regulated industry, Pharmaceutical, or related field.

Warehouse experience in a Manufacturing Environment.

A current Forklift license.

Ability to lift and move products.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office (SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, and Excel).

Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work overtime when required.
