**Grade 1 Flight Instructor**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated **Grade 3 Flight Instructor** to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified instructors to gain valuable experience in a supportive training environment while helping students achieve their aviation goals.

About the Role

As a Grade 3 Flight Instructor, you will:

- Conduct ab-initio flight and ground training for RPL and PPL students.
- Deliver training in accordance with CASA requirements and company procedures.
- Support students with coaching, mentoring, and progress feedback.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Work under the guidance and supervision of senior instructors while developing your instructional skills.

What We’re Looking For
- **Current Grade 3 Flight Instructor Rating** with appropriate endorsements.
- CASA CPL (A) or higher licence.
- Class 1 Aviation Medical.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous learning.
