This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and solutions focused Loss Prevention Advisor to join our ever growing and well-loved family business. **This role is based in South Guildford WA and looks after a WA and SA portfolio. **Your responsibilities in this role, include but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct store team awareness training covering all aspects of Loss Prevention- Conducting end to end investigations relating to internal / external matters as required- Conducting Loss Prevention Audits / checklist across your region- Create, communicate and monitor stocktake action plans across high-risk stores- Offering support for stores for serious incidents and security related matters**Skills**:

- 2+ years' experience in a people management role, leading teams, and growing organisations.- 2+ years' experience in Investigations- 2+ years' experience in Security/Loss Prevention- Ability to build and maintain cross functional relationships- Be able to work autonomously without direct supervision.- Communication and Influencing - excellent verbal and written communication- Decision making/problem solving- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)- Exposure to reporting and data mining analytics- Have a passion for Loss Prevention and Retail- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills to ensure all activity is being accurately followed and understood- Self-motivated with great time management skills
