The role will incorporate a teaching component and specific educational Leadership roles dependent on the applicant's expertise and experience. For example Education in Faith, or Wellbeing Leader, Learning and Teaching, eLearning, Numeracy, Literacy etc. Middle leaders with this experience are welcome to apply.

The applicant will:

- Have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of students.
- Have a strong faith commitment and the ability to promote and enhance the Catholic Identity of St Mary's.
- Possess the skills and abilities to work as a collaborative team member.
- Have well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have an ability to model exemplary leadership dispositions.
- Have a strong knowledge of curriculum, student data and technology.

We are seeking a suitably qualified applicant for this exciting leadership position.

- Hold a Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration.
- Be accredited to teach Religious Education.
